We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your goods.

After we accept your return, we will email you (or text you via messengers) a return mailing label as well as information on how and where to deliver your shipment. Items returned to us without first seeking a return will be refused.

Problems and damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Items that are not returnable or refundable
Certain things, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), cannot be returned. We also do not take dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases as returns. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues about your particular item.
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item is the quickest way to ensure you get what you want.
The European Union has a 14-day cooling-off period. Anyway ArhiMED team gives you a 30 day period instead of 14.
Regardless of the foregoing, if the goods is being transported into the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason and without justification. For our dear customers we offer 30 days. As previously stated, your item must be in the exact condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing. You will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will tell you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was accepted (over 99% of refunds are accepted automatically) If you are authorized, your original payment method will be promptly returned within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
